SEQUIM — The Opulent Art Show will be held at The Cutting Garden, 303 Dahlia Llama Lane, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept 11.
The show will feature North Olympic Peninsula artists of several media including painting, photography, jewelry, glass, mixed media, fiber arts and music.
The event is open to the public.
There is no admission fee.
Attendees can enjoy the gardens, fine wine and food and live music and have the opportunity to meet local artists selling their one-of-a-kind wares.
Featured artists include Mary Beth Beuke, Janet Bocciardi, Renne Emiko Brock-Richmond, Heidi Buessow, Cindy Carpenter, Gloria Cerney, Saundra Cutsinger, Cindy Elstrom, Pamela Hope Erickson, Lynarra Featherly, Paulette Hill, Sandi Hokenson, Kate Irvin, Lisa Kendrick, Melissa Klein, Susan Kroll, Kathy Larson, Coffee and Pat Miklos, Maggie Parks, James Queen, Pam Sanders, Darlene Sabo, Rebecca Wallace and Shannon Wiggins.
Musical performances include:
<<< 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Marmalades Clarinet Quartet.
<<< 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. — Alan B. Brock-Richmond/audioeins.
Food will be provided by Current Café including delicious wild salmon or Portobello sandwiches or salads with beverages.
Wine will be provided by Wine on the Waterfront.
The Opulent Art Show is produced by Burning Down the House Creative Collective.
